    <abstract language="eng"><p>Carbon fiber rienforced compositeis were prepared using PUI-Epoxy resin as a matrix material and carbon fiber as fibrous material. Similarly, galss fibre reionforced composites were prepared by replacing carbon fibre with glass cloth. Both types of composiites were for mechanical and electrial properties and chemicla resistances. The poly (urea-imide) was preapred by condensation reaction using an equimolar ratio of an amito terminated oligomide with various aliphatic diiscoyanates. The PUIs were characterized by elemental analysis, the number average molecular weith estimation and thermogravimetric analysis. The cure reaction of an epoxy resin with PUI was mointored by dirrerential scanning calorimetric method.</p></abstract>
