    <abstract language="eng"><p>Novel poly(amide-imide) were prepared using polycondenstation reaction of an amino terminated oligoimide with various aliphatic diesters. The resultants PAls were chraracterized for preliminary tests and number average molecular weight estimation. PAl-epxy resin was used as matrix materials for the preparation of carbon and glass fibre reinforced composities and they were characterized for mechanicl and elctrical properties and chemical resistance by ASTM methods.</p></abstract>
