    <abstract language="eng"><p>A method involving the use of solution electrophoresis is described for the study of equilibria in metal-ligand binary complex systems in solution. The technique is based on the migration of metal ion in solution under an electric field with the complexants added to the background electrolyte at different pH in an electrophoretic tube.</p></abstract>
