    <abstract language="eng"><p>The interaction of alloys with the ionic components of the electrolyte, in the metallic lattice of alloys, shows that the boundary layer with the changed composition presents, the interdiffusion of its components occurs, and plastic flow of atomic planes appears. The physical mechanism of these phenomena is examined.</p></abstract>
