    <abstract language="eng"><p>Starting from massive particle case, we have obtained expression for the generator of little group for massless particle. It has also been shown that the non-compact generators, which appear in case of massless particles, can be carefully avoided in our case. Effective use of the Poincar algebra has been made to get the required result. Calculation has been done in a straightforward and simple manner.</p></abstract>
